Hilton needs to return calls regarding reservations, we have been very patient!! There are many more places we can go and stay at that will give us the respect and courtesy and call us back! User’s recommendation: Customer service is failing.
The sheets and bedspread were dirty, found long hair on sheets, dirty washcloth hanging on the shower and a bar of used soap in the shower. We have stayed at these hotels many times but have never seen one this dirty. User’s recommendation: Check your room carefully.
