For 7 years my HP Office jet Pro 8630 worked perfectly. HP kept bugging me to update. I finally did last week. Now none of my 4 computers can print. I tried their virtual assistant which was useless. No responses to any issue. User’s recommendation: Buy something else or don’t update.
