Printer Issues

I won’t print. When I look it up on my HP desktop is indicates an error. I’ve reloaded the print drivers several time but the error remains. Your tech support want’s money to help me with your product. Is that a joke? User’s recommendation: Good luck dealing with HP’s customer support for issues!
