Can’t connect with anyone

I bought a piece of garbage laptop I am blocked from setting up, and I purchased extended warranty with no one to call User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from HP.

New printer Failed to work and 7 calls letter I returned it.

Customer service was horrible. I was transferred from one representative to another until several hours went by. Finally after several reps failed to make the unit work I had top return it.
