The legislation states that the employee must be informed at least 3 days before the dismissal, and this, unfortunately, is not taken into account in this institution (a person is called and told that you need to talk, go to work and be fired there); 2. An interesting complaint is received about the employee, without any signature, etc., the complaint was written at the beginning of the month, but the employee even is not warned that something should be changed in the employee's attitude, but at the end of the month is presented in front of the fact and dismissed for this very questionable complaint (this complaint could just as well have been written by any customer who has a "tooth "on one of the employees); 3.
