Terrible attitude towards patients and their relatives!
Situation, my daughter fell behind the threshold, called the ambulance, the ambulance took her to Vidzeme hospital, as now covid tests, etc! Examinations were performed on Omite, as a result of which it was determined that hip surgery should be performed! Every day I called the hospital I was interested in how she is, I also called herself while she was in the reception department where she was also waiting for the covid results, she was very satisfied, the nurses behaved well, I also heard very optimistic words when I called the nurses about the myth, and that such an operation was not nothing crazy and after surgery a week in the hospital and then watch and be able to drive home! It reassured me and I called the mother-in-law and told her in her voice I felt relief (it should be noted, that she was very scared of me from the hospitals, never complained that something sap so as not to just have to go to the doctors and take medicine) after it was confirmed that the covid is not positive she was taken to the trauma department! There she passed for 2 days! When I called on the first day, it seemed to me that my voice was sad, but we were reassured, then the second day I called the department where I was told that I was waiting for the results of the analysis, could I have an operation, ome called another speaker and said that everything was fine! In the evening after work, I called the department where the handset was picked up, a very shameless nurse who thought she didn't have to stand in front of me, asked how the omite had an operation to which she replied to me in a cynical, mocking tone that the operation had not been performed. she replied that I should already know her, that alcoholics who can't get drunk could start delirium, she was confused, brought to the hall, started having a heart arrhythmia and could not perform the operation, she was splitting, pulled the systems out, I was overwhelmed with horror, I asked where the information was that she was an alcoholic, the nurse answered that the operating room was people who taught her to tell her life, I was just shocked, my ome has never been any alcoholic, that it can be said that her room was screaming, that she had not drunk a glass, I admit that she heard that this a shameless, terrible, terrible villain in my opinion has said it about him! And so on the early morning of the second day the life of my beloved mistress was extinguished, her heart stopped! I just wanted to say what villains and rudeness can work with helpless people, how? This is the scariestwhat can be done to someone, or is there really no respect, no mutual respect anymore, people go there for treatment and not so that any antidote who is miraculously allowed to work with sick people can judge their lives! She was a very good, sincere person, never wanted anything bad for anyone, loved, cared, I don't know anyone like that in the world! I just wanted to add that God sees everything!
