In August 2018, I started renting through Mainstreet Renewel and Havenbrook Homes took over the property. I paid a deposit of $995 and I just received my deposit and the deducted $650 just for paint. There was no holes or anything in the walls, left in perfect condition. Paint is normal wear and tear I thought.
