Like all the other complaints I have read, thought I was buying an actual book. Website said hardcover book with free shipping. Also said company is in Baltimore, MD. Noticed a foreign transaction fee on my bank statement which alerted me that something isn’t right. Did a little investigating and I believe this company is a fraud....

As with most every one else, I was duped into ordering books from this company. They are definitely a sneaky company and seem to be making a lot of money by misleading customers.
Ordered 2 hard cover books….January 2…gave them my charge card …..never received the books or any notifications….called their telephone number several times….no one answered… I was charged on my card so I called the bank who investigated….Today I received their letter….money refunded….I also cancelled that card…these people are underhanded…scam artists….beware…
Ordered 5 books for my 8 years old son on 1/21/19. Never got any shipping information. Checked order confirmation Email to find out a link to download. We never read digital books. they were supposed to be real paper books. Nothing in the title or the description says it’s eBooks or you need to download the books....
