Company Comparisons

Harpertom misrepresented it was shipping two books I ordered. Instead, it downloaded the books via email. I was duped! I called the number listed for Harpertom. I ordered two books. They were downloaded!! Tried to contact. Heard gibberish when I called. Lost $27

I ordered two books. They asked for shipping name and address. They downloaded the books. Can’t believe I was duped! Loss was $27.10. Tried to call Harpertom. Telephone response was gibberish! I hope BBB gets after them!!

Duped into believing it was an actual book

My story is exactly like everyone else’s story. There is nothing on the website that indicates you are purchasing a digital book. They even ask for a shipping address. There is no sign this is a digital book until you get your receipt.
