Ordered 5 books for my 8 years old son on 1/21/19. Never got any shipping information. Checked order confirmation Email to find out a link to download. We never read digital books. they were supposed to be real paper books. Nothing in the title or the description says it's eBooks or you need to download the books. It asked for shipping address and shows shipping is free. I emailed to cancled the order for a refund but no response. Then I googled bout the reviews and found this page. I should have noticed it is a scam when i saw my card was charged international transaction fee.
