Refusal to replace the new defective item
I bought the new Ipnone se 2020, which was defective in dynamics. Fetch for exchange after about 10 days. An expert examination was offered by an incompetent employee who also considers buyers over the age of 50 to be the ultimate dinosaurs who can be told nonsense based on new technology. The phone was approved. This is not the first case with this company, already 2 times in about 8-10 years I tried to contact them and always without results. Previous times it was possible to turn to the apple center in Switzerland, both times the product was found to be defective and replaced on the 2nd day with a new one. This time I will also try to send my phone there by mail (already discussed). But for those who don't, I urge everyone to avoid contact with this unprofessional group.
