Rec’d replacement remote & receiver without installation instructions

I bought Harbor Breeze Hydra 70in ceiling fan from you and now the remote is not working. how can i get it replaced? You dont have the remote listed on your website. the manual has it listed as part # 4L000009010. were can i get this at?
