Cancellation and need refund

Since I joined, Handy has trapped me by charging 99 dollars to stop using its service. When I changed booking from weekly to monthly, they double booked the weekend of 07/16/2021 and 07/17/2021. Not recived payment

Everytime a customer is not home for their appointment handy steals money by charging a “fee” of $50. How is it my fault if customer is not home and doesn’t answer the phone. User’s recommendation: Avoid. Handy only pays contractor 40%.
