Automatic closed captions is annoying and changing episodes of series is too many steps. I love the channel and will stay, but the new format was not well conceived. User’s recommendation: Forgive the awkward website.

Can’t view anything

I paid for hallmark and was never able to get When Calls The Heart, I watch on my laptop. I canceled the service, then I came back because I wanted to watch the movies and selected the 5.99 per mo.. Picture froze up

Was watching movie and it froze up with a c spinning around I lost the movie and could never get it started again. Not the first time this has happened so just cancel my annual subscription and refund my fee. Thanks User’s recommendation: Cannot give good review.
Movie stopped before it was finished. Also do I have to put in my email and password every time I go to the Hallmark Channel. That’s a pain and makes me not want to go there. Not letting me watch

I couldnt watch anything because even though I have a subscription it was saying I had to subscribe. I was already logged in too. When I called though the gentleman on the other end was really nice and helpful! He fixed the problem which was a glitch/hiccup on their end.
