Cant log in. telling me I need to provide my credit card information for a buck..

I tried to reset my password and you tell me to go to the website where it resets my password to hallmark.com and not hallmark movies now. then you tell me to provide my credit card information for a dollar to have some secure website. Why not just help me to reset my password?

Start showing something besides Golden Girl, after 6 pm! Thats when I finally get to watch! I WILL cancel your 3 hallmark channels User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your time with Hallmark.

Movies just stop playing in the middle of the movies.

The movies are abruptly quitting periodically throughout the length of the movie. Its very frustrating! User’s recommendation: Don’t subscribe to these movies. It used to work great until they updated.
