You are charging twice a month for more than one year
i cancelled my groovebook account awhile ago, but i received a charge on my bank account that i was charged a monthly fee. I didnt receive anything in the mail and didnt order a book and still it charged me even tho i cancelled my account.
A double payment was taken out, but a refund was given back including my monthly payment. The company was more than fair very happy with their quick response. I highly recommend them and they are more than fair. They have a lifetime customer
