I am contacting you through pissed consumers.com you are taking money and I am not receiving product. User’s recommendation: Make sure you get what you pay for dont sign up for auto pay.
I am adding photos for my monthly book (included in my subscription) I went to reset app to update My photos that I recently edited and it stated that I was adding photos to an extra book not to my monthly book and I cannot get rid of it??? User’s recommendation: None At the moment.
I I have not received my pictures as of 1/28/21. We (a Groove Book Rep and myself) seemed to resolve the issue and the 100 poictures were sent in . But nothing yet in the mailbox???

Why am I not hearing from you ? Please let me know what I can do to help. I’m not getting my Groovebooks. Why? I love Groovebook. User’s recommendation: Great job in saving my pictures.
I have not received my Gloovebooks since June 2020. I have not been contacted by anyone on why my Groovebook stop.I updated my Debit card and still no Groovebook Did you go out of business? User’s recommendation: Unless this is resolved none.

Poor service, does not deliver the product

Online store 110.shop floods the Internet with tempting advertisements for good, fast, high-quality service and delivery of goods, thus misleading consumers. When ordering furniture, 110.shop confirms that the order has been approved, payment has been accepted, indicates the date of receipt of the product. At the specified time - silence, there are no goods. The girl cameraman is only able, as explained by the fact that the specific furniture is no longer, offers to wait several weeks. When asking for a solution, change the product in the order and confirm the new delivery date. Unfortunately, the product is not delivered in it either. The operators are rude, dismissive - the furniture is somewhere, I don't know, it takes 2 days to find the product in the logistics that was in stock. Nobody answers emails, no goods, no money. To a repeated question, when there will be delivery of the order, already respond - within a week should. Even contacting the President's Chancellery is more realistic than contacting the 110.shop store. If you want to give someone your money, receive unkind service and negative emotions, please - the online store 110.shop will provide it for you.
