Not receiving my Grovebook

I have received 6 books and no more. I was told to update my debit card , so I did that still nothing.I have up loaded pictures up to December 2020 what can I do. I'm not getting my questions answered. I love Grovebook ! My last book was June 2020. I have not been contacted by anyone and I would love to keep recieving my Groovebooks. User's recommendation: For now not good.
