Very poor customer service!! I have been hung up on 5 or 6 times by their customer service team. I have a dispute filed over unauthorized transactions on my account. They won’t give me any answerem

My account was hacked for over $700. They wont give me my money back ! I filed a dispute but I am not getting any results. They keep telling me the same thing over and over again!

Bite Australia Melbourne Dar Illegally because the customer paid 83 AU$‎ 98 cent bill maxima sweet freedom street 30. Date November 8 but the internet is not connected as well as bee Australia demands a fee for the router which I have overpaid because the router costs 108 AU$‎ Huawei but still demands a fee for the router as follows. No bee violations in the country
