Need to get my greendot card unlocked

Issue still unresolved, I did all that was required of me made continual steps and still have yet to have my account unlocked and ready to use. I am not happy at all. I have been patient and yet nothing has happened. User’s recommendation: The process of getting your money return is a aggravation.
