Physical Influence
Today, at 9.53 pm, I entered the former IKI store "Mego", located in Santa Ana, Sakharov Street . I needed to buy quick milk. I was greeted by a very inadequate woman, untidy, with no good "aroma", brave, meaningless. The foreign language commanded, "von at suda", the store is closed. I replied in American that I needed milk very quickly and I was busing out of the store dozens of years ago. I got an even rougher tone, was told that the store is closed and again in foreign. I work in customer service myself and am shocked, I NEVER put customers out of the store even after working hours. And very important with customers who speak the national language, must answer in American. This is a serious violation of the law. I asked to call the security guard, she replied that she was a security guard. But the form was a seller. So I said that I came to the store during business hours and go to buy milk. The foreign language was rudely insulted, a kulak was punched in the face, grabbed behind the outerwear and thrown out of the shop by the last drinker. And the important fact is that I am a very fine, small girl, while the worker is very tall and fat. Of course, if I could, I would have gone faster, but I only finished the work myself with an hour's delay due to some clients. So, I really hope to find people who still have trouble in this store to act together, maybe even in court.
