Item received was damaged beyond redemption and they refused to respond to my requests for assistance.

I ordered a gift for my grandson. Within 8 hours of placing the order, I realized that our neighbors had gifted the same item to him, so I sent email asking if I could cancel order, or substitute another toy. No response. Sent request again. No response. Sent request…

Took too long

Took about 2 months to get here and only part of it came I did have to email them to follow up and as my order was a gift for a baby I wanted to be sure it came together. It didn’t but luckily I got a bigger size. User’s recommendation: Thumbs up.
