Phony presentation of product

Purchased a baby toy that shows it is about eight inches in diameter- received it and its 3 maybe and small parts! It was to be a gift – its in the trash! You know this is a rip off site! Save your money! I lost out! User’s recommendation: Don’t order from here!

Poor quality product and slow service

ordered some COVID 19 Christmas decorations. The quality of the product was very poor, did not look like the pictures. It took 7 weeks for the delivery to arrive. Over priced and poor quality. Steer clear.

Poor to non-existent customer service

I wish I would have checked the reviews before dealing with this company. They have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction and are unwilling to help. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere; there are plenty of other places where you can purchase the same products.

4inch piece of lid (lo0ks like balsawood) broken off prior to my receiving the package in the mail today.

why should I pay for return shipping on damaged goods and absorb the cost. Not my fault for condition received in. Never rec’d a confirmation on computer for purchase on purchase date 9/29/20 nor an invoice in pkg with product “Wooden Bear Dress Up Toy” Had to go to computer home of company to get any info...
