Pixel phone less than 6 months old – charging cords went – contacted customer service gave them all the required warranty information – serial number IMEI number copy of the receipt from Walmart where the phone was purchased- That was 3 weeks ago. My case was escalated two days after I sent them all that warranty information....

Hi, we didn’t receive the package, it should be delivered by 6/12. I already mail the TForce company once, but didn’t get any response.
