Do you allow someone that has been arrested for a crime to set up an account for legal fees

Someone assaulted someone and the one that was arrested, charged and released has set up or someone set up an account for their legal fees and his retirement. So my question is would this quality because the accounts Ive seen set up are much more in need then this person.

Lack of communication and fraud

My credit card was charge money for a fraudulent acc’t and the customer service is *** Even their email address is a noreply so where’s the customer service they advertise to help the public. This is all crap User’s recommendation: Beware!!!!!!!!
