Poor service

I haven't received 3 shipments, one in December, two 'now, I called the department to deliver home, but nothing in front of the employee did not occur and the conversation was not recorded as in other companies. This is about the 7th Post Office in Melbourne, 60 slokas street. I can't visit the post office myself, so I called.
