Poor service

I went to work with a taxi driver Andrei Tikhonov! Terrible, especially driving where there are the biggest traffic jams, do not know the road and a person, not turning on the navigator but asking myself where to drive, even though I do not know Riga! Then he takes the Magnifier with the magnifying glass and starts looking for the next calls! The route from Maskavas Street to Dzirnavu Street took 54 minutes! And still did not want to give the balance! Wanted 20 cents in your pocket! Terrible service!
