First of all - after accepting the order, the cashier informed that soft drinks are not available - I believe that such a "chip "it would be necessary to inform the customer before placing the order. Secondly - instead of soft drinks, coffee, tea, Lotte juice (from the children's set) or the opportunity to pay 0.25 USD and enjoy a cappy drink - we chose 1 cappy and 2 lot juice, we also asked for a glass - we were informed that the glass is only available for extra payment (?) I really did not understand the explanation - if I once bought a set that includes a soft drink,isn't the price already a paper cup?! Before I receive the order and pay, it suddenly turns out that soft drinks are still available - but the "kind "cashier not only does not offer us to choose drinks, but also does not try to explain why this situation has arisen. Thirdly, when we received the order, when we opened the package to be taken with us, we found that the potatoes were not added. I went back to the cash register, where I still had to convince the same cashier that I had ordered and paid for 3 sets, which also included potatoes. The cashier muttered something under my nose, I handed over a check - we finally agreed that I still deserve the potatoes. The most bizarre is that 3 instead of a pack of potatoes I get 2 - I go back to the box office again, get clarified again and then finally I get the third one. In addition, check I was not offered - uzprasījos itself, otherwise the potatoes would not have got :) Fourth - Unsharp ordered tortilla, but the very first bite had to conclude that my request was not taken into account once the customer is offered the opportunity to choose, it would be nice if this choice would also be taken into account. Fortunately, the quality of the food did not disappoint, but such a service suggests that I will avoid visiting this Burger King restaurant in the future!
