Yesterday, passing by, I visited the Cash & Carry store on Mukusalas Street. Everything was fine until I got to the checkout. I pay by card. The guy at the cash register, after entering the pin code, says that something has not worked so I can do the whole thing again. I listened a little to that. The second time I see "transaction confirmed" on the display, however, the cashier claims that the second time has not been paid. I do not agree. The guy just claims that I don't have money on the card or the card is damaged. Please print a withdrawal check for me. That is not possible, that was the answer. I called a senior cashier named Margarita Arabaji, who continued to tell me that I was to blame because something was wrong with my card and it was not possible to print a withdrawal check. And, backwards, if the payment check is not printed,so the money will not be withdrawn. I realized that this was complete nonsense, but in 20 minutes I could not prove to any employee that I needed to issue at least some refusal of payment document. Of course, I did not receive the product and left the store with the amounts reserved in my bank account 2x and without confirmation that I have not bought anything. On the second day, I found out at the bank that both times the payment has been confirmed and the money will be withdrawn. The bank employees were allowed to think that the fault was in the store system or in the terminal, or in the competence of the employees. The saddest thing about it is not the situation as such, but the attitude of the employees, who for a moment did not allow the probability of their fault, but pushed all the fault to the buyer. Sad and spoiled mood for the whole evening. I called the store to clarify the situation, I hope the money will be returned.
