Gps problem

I can’t download maps purchased

Was difficult for me to find in the website the update map download. I call customer service and the lady immediately apologize and guide me in the right way to the right place. User’s recommendation: Probably yes.

Alpha 100 has a big black spot on screen

Unit functionality

I called and spoke with a man named Dan. He was very patient,and thorough. I wish every customer service person displayed his type of professionalism. This type of treatment would make me want to purchase more Gramin products. User’s recommendation: Functionality lacking. POI’s not on screen. Current location not on screen. ELD needs fine tuning.
