Work environment
I worked for the company for less than a year, I left because I realized that in such conditions there is no opportunity to develop or build a war! There are several things I want to warn employees who want to work for this company (sanitex). 1. The caste system is so entrenched in this office that productive work is not possible at all. Everything is done so that the result is obtained by walking the caruri to the maximum amount of complexity (you should like even people who have no part at all along with your work). 2. Some department heads are clearly unprofessional. Key account and officeday managers behave demonstratively vulgarly without hiding how they have obtained these positions. The head of the marketing department openly demonstrates which of her employees are superior to the others, creating an unfavorable environment in the department, as well as does not hide how flattering and pleasure can become one of her "outcasts". In the personal part, employees change so often that they cannot remember words. 3. Entrepreneurs live in fear that they will not be laid off suddenly and therefore work overtime, which never ends.
