About a year and a half ago, talking to my girlfriend, we decided to go to the Lemon Gym, which is next to my house, handy. As long as my girlfriend has been playing sports for a good time, I think well, I'll take a subscription for a month. Advertisements everywhere, posters with a good "Deal'U", if I'm not mistaken, 15 €. I signed a contract, reading every point, because a little... , I paid the money. I went, well if 3 times and realized I was looking for a better place. After a while, I started receiving countless emails stating that I had "outstanding debts, please make a payment immediately. " One day I was angry that I was constantly being terrorized by letters, I wrote to them in return for the answer “the contract is for a year, the first three Months * 15 €, I was on a break because at the beginning I told the woman at the registration that I wanted to buy a monthly subscription,to see if I like it here at all, it offered this 15 € deal, without saying anything about the annual contract, the contract did not say anything about it, neither in advertisements nor on posters, but here it is understood - marketing, people must be attracted, no matter what. By and large, the contract contained only indoor regulations and what responsibility does / does not blablabla take. Needless to say, the letter has been coming to my email every day for a year and a half, no money has been removed from the account.
