They make it impossible to cancel. It’s a hellish nightmare. It’s a scam. Me and my attorney are looking for others for a class action suit.
Used them for over 5 years. Service and equipment were no problem. Raised monthly fee way above others like Ring. Cancelled the service now are trying to collect an extra month premium after my service stopped. Small amount but will not pay. States it is their policy…

In the interim, my account with Frontpoint went into overdue and then collections – it was over a 4 month period of time near as I can tell. Bottom line.. crooks! Returned all the equipment within 30 days and got partial refund. After multiple emails, finally received all our money. 3 weeks later out of the blue they withdraw $174… 2mos after we returned our equipment. Wife called and they said they were not sure why it was taken out. Ummmm what the *** Here...
