FrontPoint promise free doorbell camera on their website with all packages $99+ when you connect to unlimited plan. Just got my order and no camera there. Frontpoint representative told me they are not going to send me anything for free.
I called and was on hold for 23 minutes then recording said 15 callers ahead of you leave a number and the next available rep will call, never happened called back next day needed e mail to reset password no e mail sent. Support is very bad.
