I flew to Philadelphia on last night from Orlando,Florida. My 2 bags that I checked and paid for did not arrive with me. I was told they would be sent to Philly on the next flight and then brought to my home. I have heard nothing from the Frontier and have not received my bags.
On hold for 30 minutes and then rude customer service rep hung up on me. Worst customer service department Ive ever dealt with.

Barclays played a bait and switch. I used my frontier membership number 127*****to get the card, however, they gave me their membership number of 90097******* which keeps them from transferring the 20,000 miles I earned following their terms to my frontier account….
I slept with a child in the infection department of Launceston Hospital. I'm a mom. The baby is 10 months old, so as a mother I am entitled to free meals. But a surprise dinner at the salad awaited me, I would not wish even a worse enemy. I was hit by a sharp 2cm stone. Luckily it wasn't in the baby's food and luckily I didn't break the tooth. I told the staff they laughed so badly and said that the kitchen was not to blame. I took it all. It is not enough that the attitude is bad, then they do not want to work. Fuj. It is better not to get into this chapter!
