Apart from never being on time and their uncomfortable seats for a five-hour return, on flight number 2158 they have the rudest staff that I have ever encountered in any airline, they do not enjoy what they do, they show their discontent and lack of desire to do their job. User’s recommendation: Review and educate your staff.

I slept with a child in the infection department of Launceston Hospital. I'm a mom. The baby is 10 months old, so as a mother I am entitled to free meals. But a surprise dinner at the salad awaited me, I would not wish even a worse enemy. I was hit by a sharp 2cm stone. Luckily it wasn't in the baby's food and luckily I didn't break the tooth. I told the staff they laughed so badly and said that the kitchen was not to blame. I took it all. It is not enough that the attitude is bad, then they do not want to work. Fuj.
