Poor service
I understand that cinamon is a self-service cinema, but do I really have to sit in dirty chairs as a customer!? For me personally, it is very frustrating to enter a dirty hall like a forum cinema, there are staff who are responsible for the cleanliness of the hall and do not have to clean my own seat! I think here, too, before the show, it would be nice for someone to clean the hall before putting clients in!
