Gang of Thieves and Fraudsters

As Hausmaster has turned into a total gang of thieves and fraudsters who are unable to issue timely invoices who are unable to report on damage to meters and who carry out "emergency" repairs for astronomical sums. Hold them apart and give up on managing them. The bills for utilities have risen to new / mystical positions in two years. They cannot justify the change in the heat tariff, they say that it is now.
