Currently on hold for tech support..after waiting on hold for nearly 45 minutes for the representative (who is currently “helping other callers”). Bamboozeled for a sale…..

Useless Machine not what the salesmen described. Gave me the cheapest so Id rent something. I tested it, its crap. I called the manager said too bad for you, we WILL collect the year rental.
