Complete bardard
I signed a contract with Viasat more than two years ago with automatic payment. I was happy with the service, apart from the mockery with TV1000 where it shows annotations about good movies that will never be shown on this channel, because only second-class movies are bought. If someone hits, then it is advertised and shown for a whole year. Exactly after two years of broken receiver, the warranty was through nothing to help no one wanted. Since I was planning to change my place of residence, I decided to give up the service. Then it all started. When I called Viasat, I explained that I had to send an e-mail or fax with a refusal, and I did so. After two months, the bills continued to come to me, I called again, said that I had not received anything, I sent another e-mail,at the exact time specified in the contract - a month after the e-mail was sent, I was called, long and widely scattered offers, I realized that I did not believe in a change of residence. A month later I get the third bill for the full amount, I called again, no one had told me in the previous three conversations that the bank had to terminate the automatic payment agreement (I can conclude it myself), I canceled it well, I sent the card as well. After a month's fourth bill, mysteriously less than four dollars for TV100o. Call again, the goose (I'm not afraid of that word) in Viasata can't say anything more than I don't understand about TV1000. I paid off, even though I haven't seen them in four months. After a while, I receive a text message with the threat of Kreditreform that I owe AUD 5 and include me in the register of debtors. Call again, the card has not been sent, the other end of the call with colleagues, I am asked for a surname, yes yes your card has been with us for a long time, nightmare. Even today, their ghost drags me along, every few months a lady calls to ask if I don't want their services, when I try to start telling why I will never be a Viasat customer again, I am asked from which city I am and the conversation ended. An excellent example of public opinion polls, identifying the company's problems (I don't know why they pay their geese in vain). Good luck!
