I USE THE FOODSBY PROGRAM FOR MY BUILDING…

WE HAVE SEVERAL NEW TENANTS WITH NEW STAFF MEMBER AS WELL AND WE NO LONGER HAVE A N ACCOUNT MANAGER. I NEED SOMEONE OUT TO WORK WITH MY NEW TENANTS TO SET THEM UP WITH USING FOODSBY OR SOME WRITTEN MATERIALS TO SHARE WITH THEM ON HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS & HOW TO SET IT UP!

Lack of POC (phone #) Information or Customer Service

Tried on a number of times to contact Foodsby, emailed only response “sending to the appropriate department for response with a ticket number” responded to email for follow up, still nothing but a new ticket number…CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE!
