Yesterday I make payment , after online banking , food panda service message told me the shop closed and than will give me refund back money , but one day rdy havent give me back the money . Pls check for me ASAP .

Some groceries and food items which I did not order delivered to my house today at about 11:00 AM without my presence. My neighbor saw 2 panda delivery man unloading the items. Please return the items to the correct buyer.
The rider informed not covering my area.. So he asked me to cancel.. And promise the payment will be refunded. But food panda said because online payment, they will not refund.. How can like that?
