Foodpanda send me the wrong food but refuse to responsible for it

Foodpanda send me the wrong food, but refuse to either refund/give voucher/resend food. Their attitude is I don’t care even you receive the wrong food. They keep saying that I can’t refund but didn’t tell me the reason why. User’s recommendation: complaint to KPDNHEP if foodpanda refuse to responsible for their fault.

I ordered food but undelivery

1 paid twice for 2x delivery. Unfortunately arrived with only 1 deliver . I dissapointed . This is 1st time happen with food panda. User’s recommendation: Pls be more carefull.
