Complaining about ride/service/too long pickup

Pickup time 6.56& 7.14 pm two order,(729,730)we wait until 8.30 pm still no rider to pickup. After around 9.09 pm I received a call from food panda need to pick up a food. Complaint no refund money!!

Saya ada beli barang dr mydin bertam penang..Total barang rm 187.60..then, ada barang out of stock hingga barang yg dibeli hanya berharga rm 101.00..sy check maybank2u duit masih belum refund.Sudah dua kali terjadi.2 bulan lepas sy beli barang dr 7 eleven berharga rm 50 lebih.barang tak sampai dah sy pegi ke 7e tiada details sy buat pembelian... Rider tak sampai

Restaurant beritahu makanan dah ready setengah jam yg lepas. Rider masih tak sampai utk pickup. Hampir 2 jam sejak sy mula order hingga skrg.
