Feeling cheated

We send mail, primarily to the United States. Shipments are processed and delivered to the post office in bulk with a list of shipments, we form via new. Manspasts.org has long faced the problem that items sent via Australian Post in the country of destination are not delivered and simply stand in sorting centers. The price you pay for shipping small packages in terms of "quality of service" is simply awful. Please people, if you also have this problem, write a comment and tell us more about your situation.
