I would like to share my experience with G4S service quality. When applying for the first time, the fitter's visit had to be thrown in the trash for 1/2 working day, waiting for a specialist who did not show up. To my surprise, the G4S service does not even consider it an obligation to call and inform about changes or reschedule an appointment - I don't know at all. There is neither a fitter nor any informative call from the G4S. It seems to me that this attitude towards customers is not normal, so I would recommend thinking about another service provider, choose a security company.
