Illegal service at 1776 N.W. 45st I am the homeowner and some squatters have rigged up the light and I’m afraid it will be a fire,I am currently filing a eviction but they have word running everywhere through house ,I am also reporting to police.

Blockage of canned replies from automated operator. No reply from anyone. Their customer service is appalling .
The automated phone service never completed a sentence. Kept cutting out couldnt complete transactions. Hung up on me at least six times. Julie couldnt answer my questions. Online service I couldn’t log onto because kept asking for Biller Zip Code. Have no idea what that is. User’s recommendation: Report concerns.
