Fraud, Deception
I was to this salon twice and the other one was less successful! I went to the manicure the first time everything was fine, I made a manicure I paid 15eur the second time I did the manicure and the master said that I had to pay 25 CAD, well I went to the cash register, the girl (administrator) says 15eur the master who painted nails says no 25eur and of course what the receptionist was shocked and showed the master various facial features, I paid and started to wear outerwear and I hear how the master discusses with the administrators why such a price and what we do with the money taken over or divided in half, and they discussed it all there next to me and in Italian, probably with the thought that I do not understand!:D did not want to spoil my mood and went away, of course I will not go there again,and I don't recommend others to go there, because if there is such a spoofing, if the price changed then they could explain why and if they wanted to earn money then they could discuss it after I left, not in my presence! Very unprofessional behavior and it was unpleasant for me as a client, I would advise the landlord to consider the choice of his employees, because in this way he smiles at the customers, where it is not said that he does not even do it with the landlord himself!
