Bad attitude, horrible ethics in forcing customers to extend contract term unwillingly

Poor service

I called a foreman from Verners de Service to repair a dishwasher that I received an unconvincing answer from or someone at home at all. then there was one master who does it, but for the set time (the next day 18:00) it did not come! Damn nasty attitude!
