Bad charging

Its really a hard issue just to hook up this charge 3 to a charging cable first you have to wipe off the back of your fit bit and then you have to Aline the connection to the 3 dots without seeing them and you have to see if the watch is charging it takes me sometimes an hour just to sync it up with the charging adapter
